Welcome to Amoebix Social. By registering an account, connecting social identities, or navigating our educational dashboard, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. These utilities are provided by OVO芸術科学株式会社 (OVO Arts & Science Co., Ltd.).

2. User Accounts and System Access

The Amoebix Social platform offers account access tiers tailored for enrolled parents, active art students, and corporate creators associated with “童画こども美術教室”. Users are strictly responsible for maintaining account credential confidentiality.

3. Content Distribution Rules

When utilizing our social media automation features to broadcast creative imagery, artwork files, and class reviews to public channels, users must remain in strict conformity with the TikTok Community Guidelines. Distributing policy-violating media through our framework is severely prohibited.

4. Liability Boundaries

Amoebix Social serves as a management and sync channel and is provided on an "as-is" structural basis. OVO Arts & Science Co., Ltd. bears no responsibility for external content distribution delays directly arising from structural modifications within third-party developer API configurations.
